SOFIAC is a financial vehicule in energy efficiency that offers a turnkey service to businesses. Developed in 2020 in partnership with Econoler, SOFIAC enables companies in the commercial, industrial and multi-residentail sectors to increase their profitability and competitiveness by reducing energy costs and, in turn, their GHG emissions. Thanks to the involvement of key financial partners, SOFIAC is now the largest energy efficiency and decarbonization initiative for the private sector in Canada.

  • Includes all airport infrastructures at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) and Mirabel Airport (YMX).

Jean De La Mennais High School

  • Major energy efficiency and GHG emissions reduction project.
