A strategic expertise to accelerate capital mobilization and structuring investments in real estate and social infrastructure.

Fondaction Asset Management (FAM) is proud to announce the appointment of Vincent Felteau as Investment Managing Director – Real Assets. Vincent brings more than 20 years of experience in investment and sustainable finance applied to real estate and infrastructure, both in Canada and internationally.

In this new role at FAM, he will be responsible for managing and advancing structuring projects and investments in the infrastructure and sustainable real estate sectors. With this appointment, FAM aims to strengthen and expand its network of partners in the real assets space to accelerate the deployment of funds and projects capable of generating positive social and environmental impacts along with attractive financial returns.

Before joining FAM, Vincent held strategic roles within major institutional investors, including PSP Investments, where he developed the fund’s inaugural climate strategy. He also worked in investment, strategy, and portfolio management at Ivanhoé Cambridge and Presima.

His commitment to sustainability extends beyond his professional responsibilities. Vincent serves on the Board of Directors of the GRESB Foundation, which sets international sustainability standards for real assets, and on the Investment Committee of the Greater Montréal Climate Fund. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke and a certificate in sustainable finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
