Managing Director – Real Assets at Fondaction Asset Management (FAM), Vincent Felteau brings over 20 years of experience in investments and sustainable finance applied to real estate and infrastructure, both in Canada and internationally.
In his role at FAM, Vincent oversees the development and management of strategic projects and investments in sustainable real estate and infrastructure combining financial performance, impact, and investment discipline.
Before joining FAM, Vincent held strategic roles within major institutional investors. At PSP Investments, he played a key role in integrating ESG and climate considerations by developing the fund’s inaugural climate strategy and creating an innovative taxonomy to position assets based on climate related risks and opportunities.
Previously, at Ivanhoé Cambridge and Presima, then subsidiaries of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, he held various roles in investment, strategy, and portfolio management, focusing on growth markets across both private real estate and publicly traded securities.
His commitment to sustainability extends beyond his professional responsibilities. Vincent serves on the Board of Directors of the GRESB Foundation, which sets international sustainability standards for real assets. He is also a member of the Investment Committee of the Greater Montreal Climate Fund and serves as a climate governance expert with the Canadian Climate Law Initiative (CCLI).
Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal. He also earned a certificate in sustainable finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and is a CFA charterholder.
